Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a reliable advisor throughout the IT transformation journey.
Identify and grow new business with the support of the commercial teams.
Conduct thorough assessments of the client’s existing IT landscape, processes, and technologies. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement to form the basis of the transformation roadmap.
Lead clients through digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative solutions to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Ensure that IT transformation initiatives align with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on adopting new processes and technologies.
Recommend and oversee the integration of new technologies and systems to optimize IT operations and enhance overall business performance.
Identify potential risks and impediments associated with IT transformation projects. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success and security.
Lead and manage cross-functional IT project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
