About the Role
The German speaking Athlete Executive plays a crucial role in the development of the Athlete Programme at AYBL. The key responsibilities of this position involve identifying and recruiting new German athletes, skilfully managing existing relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience between AYBL and its athletes. The primary objective is to solely focus on Germany and to foster profitability in alignment with brand goals, making this role essential for supporting and driving brand growth
Requirements
Will have a minimum of 1+ years working in a similar role
Must be fluent in German (written and spoken)
A passion for the fitness / athleisure industry
A passion for social media, identifying trends and new emerging athlete/talent
A keen interest in marketing
Strong Communication Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Organised with attention to detail
Confident, self-motivated and proactive
