About the Role

IT Desk Support Engineer

Requirements

activities and projects on site

  • side support, utilising ServiceNow ticketing system

  • Infrastructure, supporting SMART manufacturing.

  • to corporate compliance requirements

  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support (QAD knowledge is preferable, but not essential).

  • operating systems (10, 11 + Windows Server).

  • efficient with Office 365 applications.

  • infrastructure knowledge (Networking (including Cisco OS), VLANs, NAT, Cisco IPT, VMWare, Printers,

  • Directory, iOS & Android)

  • experience is preferable, but not essential.

  • within the guidelines of the IT ASAT compliance and participate in the assessment process.

  • experience in an IT-related role (co-ordinating projects ideally).

  • working in a manufacturing environment, ideal but not essential.

  • organisational skills with the ability to prioritise independently.

  • new ideas to improve processes.

  • to develop personal skills/experience/own capabilities.

  • in delivering IT data to stake holders, communicating effectively to the management team and wider

  • management team
