About the Role
The successful candidate within the Arcus FM bureau will provide technical support to customers ranging from Sainsbury’s employees to service and maintenance contractors. They will also be responsible for the continual daily technical functions and duties associated with maintaining a web based BMS System.
Requirements
Experience within a professional customer services
Understanding of FM and support services contracting and performance measurement and monitoring
Understanding and experience of the retail industry desirable
Excellent verbal communication skills and good telephone manner
IT literate with experience of MS Office applications e. Word and Excel
Excellent administration and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Prepare, evaluate and send technical reports
Good HVAC knowledge, knowledge of hot and cold-water systems, knowledge of renewable energy and basic electrical knowledge
Hold a valid UK driving license
