Performed by candlelight in Tudor costume, with dramatised scenes written by Tony Peters.
Shakespeare makes many references to songs, music and dances in his plays. In this program a wide selection of scenes are followed by the piece of music referred to in the text. Coranto play a variety of medieval reconstructions and modern instruments, which aim to recreate the Tudor sound.
